Book a first conversation

3:14 am.

Awake. Too warm to sleep, too tired to think. Nobody told you it would start like this.

Second SpringMenopause and perimenopause therapy

Night sweats.

Brain fog.

Joints that ache by morning.

Anxiety with no address.

Sleep, in pieces.

A body that feels borrowed.

Then it cools.

You are not unwell.
You are in a season that has a name.

In traditional Chinese medicine, the years after the last cycle are called the second spring. Not an ending. A beginning with more of you in it. We built a clinic for it.

What we do here.

One plan, seven disciplines, the same small team every time. You tell your story once.

  • Menopause and perimenopause assessment

A sixty-minute first consultation with a menopause-specialist doctor. Your history, your symptoms, your priorities, and blood tests only where they would change the plan.

  • Hormone therapy

Prescribed, explained and reviewed by the same doctor. Individually dosed, discussed honestly, including whether it is right for you at all.

  • Pelvic health physiotherapy

For the changes nobody mentions: bladder, pelvic floor, intimacy, pain. Assessed in private by a specialist physiotherapist and treated with a plan, not a leaflet.

  • Sleep and night-sweat therapy

Cognitive behavioural therapy adapted for menopause. Recommended in NICE guidance for hot flushes, night sweats and the sleep they take.

  • Strength and bone

Oestrogen protects bone, and it is leaving. Supervised resistance training built for a body that is changing shape, load and recovery.

  • Nutrition

Food for a different metabolism. No cleanses, no rules for the sake of rules. One way of eating you can keep for the next thirty years.

  • Mind

Psychological therapy for the anxiety, low mood and loss of self that can arrive with the hormones and outlast them.

The first twelve weeks.Every plan follows the same shape. What is on it is yours.

Week 0A first conversation.Sixty minutes with a menopause-specialist doctor. You talk, we listen, and we ask the questions nobody has asked you yet.

Week 1One plan.Hormones or not, physiotherapy, sleep, strength, food, mind. Whichever of them you need, on one page, in plain words.

Weeks 2 to 11The work.Sessions with the people on your plan, the same faces every time. Adjusted as you go, not at the end.

Week 12Review.What changed, what did not, what comes next. Then the plan for the season after this one.

The place.

Cool rooms. Cold water. No waiting.

Three rooms in a quiet building. There is no waiting room, because there is no waiting: your clinician meets you at the door. The rooms are kept cool. The water is cold. Appointments start when they are meant to and are never cut short.

If you would rather not travel, every consultation is available by video, and the plan is the same.

It is not too early, and it is not too late.

If it is 3:14 am right now, book anyway. We will call you in the morning.
